I purchased a beautiful bracelet a month ago, but unfortunately, it broke. I contacted customer services to see if there was any way it could be repaired. Amy replied the next day, apologising for any inconvenience and replaced the bracelet without any question. Excellent service from start to finish, thank you so much. I will definitely purchase again from Carrie Elizabeth!

Just lovely products and good customer service

Firstly it was a joy to browse the website😍. I literally love everything! I was shopping for my best friends birthday, and got the moonstone sunray coin necklace. I loved how simple, but different it is, and I thought it fit her personality well. Very easy to navigate and order, and of vourse it arrived beautifully packaged. It just looks special, and that’s what I want her to feel when she opens it.

Great ring and speedy delivery

I bought a quite expensive piece in the sale which broke within a week of having. Luckily I saw it happen so didn’t lose the bracelet.
After contacting customer support they just told me to return it with no compensation for the inconvenience caused or incentive to reorder with them. This is actually the third piece I’ve had issue with. A diamond fell out of a solid gold ring and a set of earring backs completely crumbled on me causing the earring to be lost. Not sure why I ordered with them again to be honest.

Beautiful sparkly 9ct Treasured Octagon gold chain! I needed a beautiful gold chain to replace one that had broken. It was really worth the money and so sparkly and pretty. It came super fast too.

Love this shop, discovered them on Instagram and bought a necklace. Sooo many people comment on it, it’s so beautiful. Have since bought a couple of rings and they are worn regularly. Will be back to add to my new Carrie Elizabeth addiction!

I had a ring bought for me for my 30th which needed replating so I contacted customer service to enquire about the process. I had a quick response from Amy who was so helpful and friendly. I was a bit nervous about sending off something of sentimental value but the experience was seamless and customer service outstanding. I have my ring back now and it’s gorgeous, thank you again to Amy and all the team at Carrie Elizabeth!

Beautiful, quality jewellery. I’ve ordered a few items now from Carrie Elizabeth and they’ve always been gorgeous. They never disappoint!

Jewelry is very nice and I will continue to buy their ready made items however their custom made items have really disappointed me.

Partner bought my engagement ring which took 10 weeks to arrive rather than the 6-8 weeks stated. Meaning we didn't have it in time for our trip/proposal having to use a back up instead.

I ordered the matching wedding ring and it didn't arrive until the DAY BEFORE my wedding 12 weeks later instead of 6-8.

My engagement ring has since broke the stone was too big for the claws to hold it in place although they have said there is a place I can take it to be fixed.

Really conflicted as I love the jewelry but really can't recommend to anyone for jewelry as important as engagement/ wedding ring as it really isn't worth the extra stress and I don't want anyone feeling as anxious as I did. Go somewhere that will make you feel special and spoilt, not desperate and disappointed

Fast delivery, great jewellery and each piece is unique. I love adding to my collection and I am always getting excited when new pieces drop. Carrie and the team are doing a great job.

I’ve admired the turquoise star necklace for a long time, unfortunately when it arrived the stone was chipped and the gold bezel was rough. It wasn’t the quality I’d hoped for and it was a bit more disappointing to be honest because I’d finally treated myself to it and then the quality and workmanship was poor for the price. But the team were helpful and they sent me a returns label, hence the three stars. I’ve been a loyal customer but it’s put me off a little bit.
