"I ordered a pair of earrings after spotting..."
I ordered a pair of earrings after spotting them on Instagram, I think it was sometime in March or maybe early April, and I’m really pleased with them. They’re without feeling too dressed up, so I’ve ended up wearing them on normal days as well as when I’m going out.
They’re nice and light, and the little details actually look better in person than I expected. Delivery was straightforward too, from what I remember it arrived in a few days. I’d definitely buy from Carrie Elizabeth again...

"Fit was right, but I’m hoping they make it worth it"
The size was spot on for me and it’s really comfortable to wear. No complaints about the fit at all. I do hope there’s some kind of compensation or follow-up, though, since that was kind of what I was expecting after sharing my experience.

"Delivery was okay, just a bit slower than expected"
I ordered from carrieelizabeth.co.uk and, to be fair, the item did arrive in the end and there wasn’t really anything wrong with it.
The delivery just took longer than I thought it would, although maybe I missed something about the timing when I ordered. The tracking also didn’t update much, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on for a few days.
When it got here, the product was fine and packaged properly. Overall not a bad experience, just not especially quick, so 3 stars feels about right.

"Such packaging, honestly made my day"
I ordered a necklace as a gift and was genuinely impressed when it arrived. The packaging was so lovely, a neat little box, a soft pouch, everything looking clean and put together. It made the whole thing feel a lot more special to open. Also, not to be dramatic, but for a second I felt like I was unboxing something way fancier than I paid for. Anyway, really nice surprise and definitely made the gift feel more thoughtful...

"Lovely quality and looks great"
I ordered a necklace and some earrings, and they felt really nice as soon as I opened them. The metal has a decent bit of weight to it, and the stones look way nicer than I was expecting for the price.
I’ve been wearing the necklace quite a lot, probably for a few weeks now, and it still looks pretty much the same. No odd colour change or anything coming loose so far, so I’m really happy with it.

"Decent, but literally a little pricey"
The stuff is decent overall, but for the price I expected a bit more. It’s not bad at all, just didn’t feel like amazing value for the money. I’d probably buy it again if it was literally on sale or had a decent discount.

"Pleasantly surprised by the service"
I had a quick question before placing my order and didn’t expect much, but they got back to me really fast. They were friendly, easy to deal with, and made the whole thing feel simple. It was a nice surprise to feel like they actually cared about helping.

"Refund came through, but I felt a bit ignored"
I returned a bracelet and the refund did eventually come through after about a week. I did have to chase them once because it felt like I was just waiting around with no update, which was a bit frustrating. Support were nice enough when they finally replied, and it got sorted in the end
